Parts will only be accepted if returned under the following conditions:

· In original, undamaged packaging. Protective Boxes/Bags, warranties and explanatory leaflets are considered part of the product;

· Unwashed or used, with no odors or stains, no grooves on the sole and no alterations made by the customer (e.g.: hem adjustment, darts, etc.);

If TRINCKS understands that the returned product does not meet the criteria above, the website is exempt from accepting the return or exchanging the part!
